Q1: Are you a maunfacture or a trading company?

A: We are a manufacture & Trading company with over 10 years’experience for parts supply service

Q2: Do you have anything Special compete with others
A: We will accord customer’s specail needs to have a special processing. And we have nearly a year of warranty period. In addition to the above two points. We also ensure on time delivery.

Q3: How to ensure the quality of products?
A: Our relationship factory product by professional workers. In addition, We are also testing every product before delivery. And all material we used as international standard.

Q4: How can i do if i find the quality of the products with problem?
A: First of all, We have confidence in the quality of our products. If really found someting wrong. Please provide the picture. We have warranty within one year. So you can set your heart at rest to buy our products.

Q5. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in Original box.
Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q7. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q8. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, most of items we keep stock for all season . it will take 7to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. if we didn’t have stock ,The delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Normaly 4 to 5 days .

Q9. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q10. Do you inspect all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
